Notice of Annual Public Meeting Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL)
The Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL) is pleased to announce that its annual public meeting will be held on Friday, June 10, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST in Toronto at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel (Salon 1), 100 Front Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
CLCL is a federal Crown corporation which, through its subsidiary, Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (CLC), optimizes the financial and community value obtained from the sale of surplus strategic properties, as well as holds some assets such as the CN Tower in Toronto. At this meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO will provide a summary of the company’s financial position and outline the work the company carries out in various communities across Canada. Following the event, a recorded webcast will be made available on the company’s corporate websites (www.clcl.ca, and www.clc.ca).
Members of the public are invited to attend and/or submit questions to the Board on issues relating to the company’s activities. Questions can be submitted by email, fax or regular mail and must be received by the company by no later than Friday, June 3, 2011. Confirmation of your attendance would also be appreciated.
