The Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL) invites members of the public to its annual meeting on November 28, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. PST.
CLCL is a self-funding commercial federal Crown corporation that, through its subsidiaries (Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc. and Parc Downsview Park Inc.), optimizes the financial and community value obtained from the purchase, management and sale of former government properties. CLCL also owns and operates assets, such as the CN Tower, Old Port of Montréal and the Montréal Science Centre.
At this meeting, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO will provide a summary of the company’s financial position and outline the activities of the company in the various communities across Canada.
Members of the public are invited to participate in person or submit questions on the company’s activities. Questions may be submitted by email or regular mail to the company by no later than November 21, 2018. If you are a member of the public planning to attend, pre-confirmation of your attendance is appreciated.
