Notice of Annual Public Meeting
The Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL) is pleased to announce that its annual public meeting will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 10:00a.m. to 10:30a.m. EST at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel (Salon 6), 100 Front Street West, in Toronto, Ontario.
CLCL is a commercial federal Crown corporation that, through its subsidiaries, Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, Old of Montréal Corporation and Downsview Park optimizes the financial and community value obtained from the purchase, management and sale of former government properties, as well as holds and operates certain assets, such as the CN Tower.
At this meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Acting President and CEO will provide a summary of the company’s financial position and outline the activities of the company in the various communities across Canada. Following the event, a recorded webcast will be made available on the company’s corporate websites (www.clcl.ca, and www.clc.ca).
Members of the public are invited to attend or submit questions on issues relating to the company’s activities. Questions may be submitted by email or regular mail and must be received by the company by no later than Monday, September 30, 2013. Confirmation of your attendance would also be appreciated.
