Affordable Housing Advisory Committee’s First Meeting

The Shannon Park Affordable Housing Advisory Committee’s first meeting on October 3 was a great success! The committee gathered to share their valuable experiences and expertise that will guide the search for builders and organizations that specialize in housing development in Dartmouth. The committee seeks to support the Company’s goal of enabling 3,000 housing units at Shannon Park with a minimum of 20% dedicated to permanent affordable housing. 

Shannon Park’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will continue to meet regularly to support Canada Lands Company as it works towards addressing the need for new housing.
