Community meeting notice

The City of Toronto Planning Division is hosting a virtual community consultation meeting to get feedback on the William Baker District Plan and the first phase development applications that Canada Lands submitted. 

The virtual meeting will take place Wednesday, March 30, 2022, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm ET.

The proposed district plan and first phase development applications will be shared at the meeting. Part of the presentation will focus on specific changes that Canada Lands has considered since submitting the plan and applications for review in 2021. These proposed changes are based on feedback received from the local community, stakeholder groups and the City.
