Notice of annual public meeting
The Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL) invites members of the public to its virtual annual public meeting on Nov. 25, 2020 at 11 a.m. ET.
CLCL is a self-financing federal Crown corporation that works to enrich the everyday lives of Canadians by embracing the potential of the places and spaces it owns and operates, while also curating memorable experiences. Leveraging its subsidiaries (Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc. and Parc Downsview Park), CLCL transforms former Government of Canada properties and reintegrates them into local communities while ensuring their long-term sustainability and commercial viability. The Company holds, invests in and manages world-renowned attractions, including the CN Tower and Montréal Science Centre.
At this meeting, the Chair of the Board of Directors and CLCL’s President and CEO will provide a summary of the Company’s financial position and outline its activities across Canadian communities.
Members of the public are invited to submit questions on the Company’s activities.
Questions may be submitted to @email and must be received no later than Nov. 23, 2020. Every effort will be made to answer submitted questions during the meeting within the allotted time.
