Canada Lands submits Phase 1 application for Naawi-Oodena

On October 31, Canada Lands Company submitted its application for the first phase of development at Naawi-Oodena to the City of Winnipeg. This phase encompasses the area south of Taylor Ave and west of Kenaston Blvd. It will feature a mix of residential, commercial and open spaces, as well as some innovative parks for the community to enjoy. This is a significant milestone in creating a vision for this property in partnership with the Treaty One Nation.
