This development project will play an important role in the revitalization of the City of Longueuil's waterfront area, which is located on the bank of the St. Lawrence River facing Montréal. The development plan, which will support the revitalization of the downtown core, will include a new waterfront area and will facilitate cyclist access to public transportation. In collaboration with Canada Lands Company, the City of Longueuil has already submitted a special planning program for the area.
